Our Process

We hand pick each and every corn husk in parts of Jalisco, Colima, Veracruz, Nayarit, and Oaxaca. 

After harvesting, the corn husks are separated, dried, processed, and packaged into corazons.

The corazons are then boxed and readied for shipment and use around the world - the perfect corn husks for tamales!
